Delete your ZELUNO account

The ZELUNO app, developed by Wise I.N.C.

In the app

1. Open ZELUNO → Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and all data linked to it are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email ilyamudry21@gmail.com from the address the account is registered with, subject "Delete account". We will delete the account within 30 days and reply once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your email, name and password (stored as a hash).
• Synced translation history, favourites, dictionary and glossary.
• The free request counter.

What is kept

• Pro subscription purchase history: the App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat keep it because tax and accounting rules require it. Cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings — deleting the account does not cancel it.
• Anonymous analytics events and crash reports without your email or translation text, for up to 12 months and up to 90 days respectively.
• History on your phone stays until you delete the app or clear it in Settings.

Without an account we keep no data that could be deleted: history lives only on your phone, and the request counter deletes itself after 2 days. More in the Privacy Policy.
