ZELUNO Terms of Use

1. What ZELUNO is

ZELUNO is a mobile app that translates text, speech and images with artificial intelligence and explains the meaning of what was translated.

2. Translations are made by AI, and AI can be wrong

• Translations, explanations, tone hints and back-translations are generated automatically by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or convey the meaning incorrectly.
• Do not rely on ZELUNO as your only source where a mistake could cause harm: medical instructions, legal and official documents, financial obligations, safety matters. In such cases, consult a qualified translator or professional.
• "What they want from you" is a hint, not legal advice.

3. ZELUNO Pro subscription

• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription for a week, a month or a year. Prices are shown on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• A free trial (if offered) ends when a paid subscription starts. Any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's rules.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ZELUNO to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others, including copyright;
• translate or spread material that threatens, harasses or demeans other people;
• get around technical limits, quotas or protection of the service, automate requests or resell access.

We may restrict access if these rules are broken.

5. Your content

The texts, photos and speech you send for translation remain yours. You give us the right to process them only to fulfil your request. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by an inaccurate translation or by the service being unavailable. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes in the app. By continuing to use ZELUNO after the changes, you accept the new version.
