Common questions

How many translations are free? 10 AI requests a day, up to 3 of them photos or documents. ZELUNO Pro raises the limit to 100 a day on the weekly plan, 120 on the monthly and 150 on the yearly. The counter resets every day.

How do I cancel Pro? On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ZELUNO. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid renewal.

I bought Pro but it is not active. Open Settings → ZELUNO Pro → Restore purchases, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you paid with.

Does it work without internet? Download a language pair and basic translation works offline (iOS 26 and later, Android). Explanations, photos and documents need a connection.
